Dr. Peter LoDestro has a thriving dental practice in Aurora, which opened in 1985. Dr. LoDestro and his family reside in Yorkville, as do many of his patients. With this in mind, he built the 6,000 square foot office building located at 803 N. Bridge Street. Dr. Lodestro wanted to construct a building that would provide exceptional charm to his hometown. He did so with use of brick and stone throughout, twelve-foot ceilings, unique lighting, oversized trim, and abundant glasswork. Each of the four suites in the building has a minimum of 10 windows. Dr. Lodestro’s dental practice is located in the building, as well as Mid-America Title Co., and Vormittag Associates Inc. Seeing the success and growth of current Yorkville business certainly makes all of us very proud. At this time we would like to recognize those businesses that have expanded and redeveloped within our community, all outstanding examples of determination, creativity, and fortitude.

Team Eagle Packaging Systems, originally opened in 1988 in a one-room office in downtown Yorkville. Their first business expansion took place in 1990, when the company moved into a larger 800 square foot space in the Fox Industrial Park. Later in 1992 they moved into an even larger 2,000 square foot space nearby, which has been their home ever since. With additional sales growth and an expanding customer base, Team Eagle found that they outgrew this location, and began the search for a facility to accommodate their growing needs. Team Eagle Packaging Systems’ new 12,000 square foot home, which was built by Yorkville’s own Don Burks is located in the Yorkville Business Center. The facility will allow this company to continue their rising growth pattern. Team Eagle has added two new staff members to their workforce, and has plans for adding four more employees in near future.
