This building will be the new home of the SEC Group which consists of its divisions Smith Engineering, SEC Planning & SEC Automation. The SEC Group will occupy approximately 35,000 square feet, of the overall 43,000 square feet, at the building's completion in the fall of 2007. This building will be the first of its kind in Kendall County, offering distinctive high end professional office space. Currently Smith Engineering employs nearly 80 individuals in their Yorkville office, and anticipates that number to grow to over 130 individuals after the completion of the new facility. |
