Largest Yorkville office building nears completion

Prime Commercial Corp. is nearing completion of a new 41,600 square-foot professional office building on McHugh Road in Yorkville. The McHenry-based SEC Group Inc. will occupy the majority of the new facility located just north of Countryside Parkway.

Also coming to the distinctive, high-end space will be three other businesses: Verity Three , a computer consulting firm, The Yorkville Economic Development Group and Prime Commercial . This new structure will be the largest office building in the Yorkville area. Prime Commercial is ahead of the projected schedule allowing SEC Group Inc. and all new tenants to be operating from the facility later this summer. SEC employs 80 professionals and expects to increase to as many as 140 employees after the facility opens in Yorkville. Prime Commercial manages construction, expansion, and development projects for clients throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Its corporate office is in McHenry, with regional offices in Wausau, Wis., and now Yorkville.
